The Act provides a statutory right of access, which entitles people to ask NHS Hounslow for information. Accordingly, we will:

• proactively publish information including environmental information which is held by us and shown by the classification described below
• proactively publish information in line with the statements contained within this scheme
• ensure the specific information we make routinely available is easily identified and accessed
• review and update the information on a regular basis.

 

Also under the Act, NHS Hounslow has a publication scheme setting out the information we routinely make publicly available. Our scheme has been approved by the Information Commissioner and we review it on a regular basis.
